This Sunday
Full worship ministry is leading. Call time for instrumentalists, praise team, and A/V is 8:00am on stage. Choir meets in the choir room at 8:35am.
The sermon text for the day comes from 1 Corinthians 12:1-31, and Jesse will be preaching.
We’re singing Crown Him with Many Crowns, Holy Forever, Our God Will Go Before Us, and King of Kings.
Notes
I have a need for two or three men who can assist with a special worship ministry project. It should take 2-3 hours, and I’d need to schedule it on a weekday morning. It involves power tools, wood, and breaking heavy things apart! If you’re interested, please let me know as I’d like to take care of this in the next week or two.
Stevens Street will have a float in the Christmas parade this year (Dec.14). Eric Edgemon will be taking the lead on this project, and if you’d like to help, you can contact him at Edgemon.eric@gmail.com or 931-265-4215.
Christmas in Cookeville has been scheduled for December 13 and December 15. Please mark your calendars and plan to be a part! It’s going to be great.
Prayer requests
Reagan Bagci, recovering from surgery. They removed a nodule from his lung, and he will need more invasive surgery on his knee.
Ronnie Franz, friend of Mike/Shauna Buckner, diagnosed with brain tumor.
Adrian, Terri Ritter’s sister in law, awaiting test results from large mass they removed during surgery.
