CentriKid FAQ
What is CentriKid? CentriKid is an overnight camp for 3rd - 6th Graders organized by LifeWay Christian Resources. The kids get to experience a day full of fun, excitement, and connection to Christ. They will attend a Bible Study with others kid in their grade, play fun games at recreation, participate in Track Times (special interest activities), and end the day with a kid-friendly worship service. To learn more about CentriKid, you can check out their website.
Where is CentriKid Camp located? We will attend CentriKid Camp at Campbellsville University in Campbellsville, Kentucky. Campbellsville University is a small private college about two hours north of Cookeville, and is located in the Eastern Time Zone. CentriKid Camp hosts camp locations all throughout the country, but Stevens Street has found Campbellsville to be a great fit for our group.
Who will my child be with at CentriKid? At camp your child will stay in a dorm room with another camper (typically in the same grade) from our church group. The CentriKid Staff will lead all of the teaching times and large group gatherings. There will also be Adult Chaperones from our church who will have 3-5 kids to oversee during the week.
Can my child invite a friend to CentriKid? Absolutely! Camp is a great time to invite a friend. Their family will need to complete the registration steps for them to go with us to CentriKid.
What is the cost for CentriKid? Our goal is to make CentriKid as affordable as possible for all families. On the registration form you will see a few different prices.
Total Cost - $385: This is the total cost for a child to attend CentriKid Camp.
Adjusted Cost - $285: We try to set aside assistance for every child going to camp with a $100 discount.
Non-Refundable Deposit - $125: We have to pay a non-refundable deposit to CentriKid for every person going to camp.
