CentriKid Survey

Due to registration changes through CentriKid, we are asking all 3rd-6th Grade families to complete a brief survey (even if your child is not planning to go to camp). Your responses will help the Kids Ministry team make future decisions about the registration process, camp costs, scholarships, etc.

All 3rd-6th Grade families are encouraged to complete the survey by October 1. Each family that completes the survey will be entered to win a $50 Chick-fil-A Gift Card! One entry per family.
