Dave Charlton

College & Young Adult Director

Dave began serving at Stevens Street in January of 2026. Dave graduated from Tennessee Tech with a degree in Chemical Engineering in May of 2021. He met his wife, Caitlyn, at the Baptist Collegiate Ministry at Tennessee Tech and the two of them have had a great passion for college students ever since. They have one child, Noah Leland, and a big German Shepherd named Bronco. Dave’s hobbies include kayak fishing, football, and waterfall hikes. Dave will graduate with his Masters of Divinity from Southwestern Seminary in May of 2026.
