The Women's Ministry at Stevens Street Baptist Church is committed to weaving the principles of biblical womanhood into the daily lives of women as they Worship, Mature and Serve the Lord together. This is achieved through many paths from personal small group Bible studies to challenging large group studies; from fellowshipping together and sharing to playing with and teaching our children; from large community events with nationally acclaimed guest speakers to reaching out and helping a single mom. This ministry is focused on women maturing in their faith and becoming the servants that God desires for them to be.
Fall Bible Studies
Redeemed by Angela Thomas-Pharr: Every Sunday beginning September 11th at 9am and 3:30 pm in C-102. Please attend the time that works better for you. (We will not meet October 9th due to Spring Break and will complete the 7 week study Sunday, October 30th)
"This is such an important study for new believers and those older in the faith. How do we live as those who have been redeemed and are being sanctified? What do those words mean? Angela answers these questions and more about being transformed, every day, into His image."

The Armor of God by Priscilla Shirer: Every Thursday beginning September 8th at 9 am and 6:30 pm in the Fellowship Hall. Please attend the time that works better for you. (We will not meet October 6th due to Spring Break and will complete the 7 week study Thursday, October 27th)
"All day, every day, an invisible war rages around you — unseen, unheard, yet felt throughout every aspect of your life. A devoted, devilish enemy seeks to wreak havoc on everything that matters to you: your heart, your mind, your marriage, your children, your relationships, your resilience, your dreams, your destiny. But his battle plan depends on catching you unaware and unarmed. If you're tired of being pushed around and caught with your guard down, this study is for you.
The Enemy always fails miserably when he meets a woman dressed for the occasion. The Armor of God, more than merely a biblical description of the believer's inventory, is an action plan for putting it on and developing a personalized strategy to secure victory."

Second Saturday Refresh and Reconnect
Food, fellowship, speakers, worship, practical apps, and outreach for all women every Saturday, every month beginning at 8:30 am in the fellowship hall.
The Elizabeth Circle
The Elizabeth Circle was created to help expecting mothers through their pregnancy, the baby’s arrival, and the beginning stages of motherhood. This concept was taken from the relationship of Mary, the mother of Jesus, and Elizabeth. Therefore, we pair an expectant mother (a Mary) with a mentor mother (an Elizabeth). This is also available for women who are looking to adopt. Click here for more information.
For more information about the Women’s Ministry, Events and Calendars are available in the foyer at the Ministry Desk.
