Leadership Training for Lifegroups

Typically, in January we begin a Turbogroup for those interested in leading a Lifegroup. If you desire to start a new Lifegroup, or think you might lead one of the existing ones in the future, Turbogroup is for you. We consider the following during each semester:

• What might be my Spiritual Gift (s)?
• What are the different personality traits and which is mine?
• How is my giftedness to be used in the church?
• Why are Bible study groups so important?
• What’s the most important characteristic of a leader?
• What trap do most groups fall into, and the way out?
• What is the most difficult task of a leader?
• What trap do most leaders fall into, and the way out?
• How do I start a group, and keep it going?
• What are the doctrines of the church and how do I teach them?
