Keenagers

On the second Monday of each month, many of our seniors meet together for fellowship and worship.  This meeting is just part of what we call our Keenager’s Ministry.  This ministry is structured to give seniors in the church something to which they can invite their friends who live in the community and are looking for a place to fellowship with others in their stage of life.  It is a great outreach ministry of the church to reach those in the community who are most alone.  This ministry also plans a yearly calendar for trips to various places that range from purely recreation to Christian Conferences and concerts.  The Keenagers also include in their monthly calendar at least two days a month in which they minister to others in the community who have needs with which they can help.  This is a great part of our Senior Ministry group and we desire that all of our seniors participate.  You can find out more about the schedule and planned events by contacted the office of The Minister of Outreach & Christian Development at 931-526-6398.  Ask for Christi Dukes or Rick Lowhorn.
