Children

Our purpose in the Children’s Ministry is to partner with families in the process of passing on a spiritual legacy to the children of this generation (Deuteronomy 6:4-9). We also want to help create in our children a love and passion for the Lord and others so that they will successfully be able to share Jesus with the world (Matthew 28:19-20). We love children and want to make every experience they have at Stevens Street Baptist Church meaningful.

Sunday Mornings

Children’s LifeGroups are located upstairs (C-wing) in the main building.  We have classes for all grades at 9:00am and 10:30am.

Sunday Evenings

On Sunday nights we offer children’s choirs for all ages. They meet at 6:00pm in the upstairs children’s wing.

Wednesday Evenings

3 – Kindergarten: This age group will be participating in The Gospel Project worship time, a fun and interactive way to learn Scripture.

Grades 1-4: The Children’s Department will be using the TeamKid curriculum. What makes TeamKid unique is the way it balances high-energy activities and games with high-impact Bible lessons and Scripture memorization.
